OnLine’s staffing resources are significant. We recruit and maintain a pool of highly qualified accounting, administrative, sales, and technical personnel, as well as medical assistants (among others). Each employee’s skills are reviewed and references are checked to ensure they meet the highest qualifications.
Once we have identified the necessary skill sets, OnLine utilizes an extensive network of databases, referrals, and industry relationships to find the most qualified professionals. OnLine’s screening process is based on over 30 years of actual field service experience.
OnLine provides medical staffing. OnLine is located in both Campbell and San Diego to serve you in either Northern or Southern California. We provide staffing and recruiting services, from short term, temporary support to contract to hire to direct-hire full time placements.
What skills and experience we can provide: We provide well qualified and experienced Medical-Assistants (Front office and Back office), Phlebotomists, Orderlies/Transporters, Medical Billers, Schedulers and others.
We hire each contractor as a W2 employee of OnLine and pay them weekly. They are covered by our Workers Compensation and our general liability insurance.
How do I sign up and what are the associated costs:
OnLine can provide a staffing agreement or we can use your own staffing agreement. Although pricing for the contractors vary, many of the contractors we provide are in the $35 – $50 per hour range.
OnLine allows our client companies to hire our medical professionals AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE after 1040 hours (6 months) for contract work.

Use Form W-4 to figure the right amount of federal income tax to have withheld from your paycheck. You may want to review your withholding every year, especially after finishing your tax return. You can have more, or less, income tax withheld from your paycheck.
All U.S. employers are responsible for completion and retention of Form I-9 for each individual they hire for employment in the United States. This includes citizens and non-citizens. On the form, the employer must verify the employment eligibility and identity documents presented by the employee and record the document information on the Form I-9. Acceptable documents are listed on the back of the form.
